1. Shipping Coverage & Processing Times

We provide secure shipping across India. International shipping is limited strictly to approved corporate/enterprise requests via support channels.

• Individual Components: Processing takes 1–4 business days before dispatch.
• Custom PC Systems & Workstations: Processing takes 5–12 business days (Average: 10 days) to allow for professional cable routing, system benchmarking, thermal stress testing, and quality assurance.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

• Shipping Fees: Completely free on all orders above ₹30,000. For individual component shipments under ₹25,000, real-time logistics fees apply based on weight and location, calculated dynamically at checkout.

Delivery Estimates (Post-Dispatch):

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.
• Tier-2 / Tier-3 Hubs: 3–7 business days.
• Remote / Special Zones: 5–10 business days.

All quoted delivery times are estimates and cannot be explicitly guaranteed.

3. Real-Time Tracking

Automated tracking update links are sent directly to your registered Email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours post-dispatch for courier tracking portals to update live status data.

4. High-Value Delivery Security

To prevent transit theft, a secure One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to your phone/email and a physical signature confirmation are mandatory upon delivery. Courier partners are authorized to collect photographic proof of successful delivery.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

Cash on Delivery is strictly restricted to customers located within Chandigarh and Panchkula. All COD orders require a minimum 50% advance security deposit and voice/identity verification confirmation before order assembly begins.

6. Transit Damage & Missing Item Claims

Any delivery discrepancy, transit damage, or missing item must be reported to Tek Haven within 24 hours of delivery. A continuous, unedited unboxing video starting before package seals are broken is a strict legal requirement. Save all outer boxes and packaging materials.
