All custom PC builds are tailored to customer specifications agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders and Payment

• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified by our team.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Custom PC Builds: A minimum 50% advance payment is required before assembly begins.
• Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Warranty and Returns

• Products carry manufacturer warranties as applicable to each brand and category.
• Custom PC builds include a 1-year service warranty on assembly and workmanship.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days for defective products with original packaging and a valid unboxing video.
• Custom-built systems are non-returnable unless proven defective.

Tek Haven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use or misuse. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
